About PawanSetu
Agra's neighbourhood shops, online. Delivered by the shop.
PawanSetu is an online marketplace for the kirana, stationery and other local shops of Agra, Uttar Pradesh. You browse a verified shop near you, order and pay on the website, and the shop owner brings the order to your door with their own staff. PawanSetu is the rail between you and the shop, not a replacement for it.
What PawanSetu is not
It is not quick-commerce. There are no dark stores and no rider fleet. The shop keeps its own stock, its own prices, its own customers and its own delivery. It is also not a directory: every listed shop takes real orders with online payment.
| PawanSetu (shop delivery) | Quick-commerce apps | Business directories | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who you buy from | A real neighbourhood shop you can walk into | The app's own dark store | Nobody: it lists the shop, you still have to call or visit |
| Who delivers | The shop owner or the shop's own staff | A gig rider from a fleet | No delivery |
| Whose stock it is | The shop's own shelves and prices | The company's warehouse | Not shown; no live stock |
| Online payment and order tracking | Yes, on the website | Yes, in the app | No checkout |
| What the shop keeps | Its customers, its stock and its margin | Nothing: the shop is bypassed | A listing |
How it works
1. Pick a shop
Browse verified shops in Agra and their live catalogue.
2. Order and pay
Add to cart and pay securely online. The order goes straight to the shop.
3. The shop delivers
The shop owner accepts the order and delivers it with their own staff.
Who runs it
PawanSetu is operated by PawanShakti Synthesis LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India (LLPIN ACY-7250, GSTIN 09ABJFP5656R1Z5), based in Agra. Shops join after verification by the PawanSetu team. Revenue comes from seller plans and a commission on each order, never from marking up the shop's prices.
