Who delivers your order

PawanSetu does not use couriers or a delivery fleet. Your order is packed and delivered by the shop you ordered from: the shop owner or the shop's own delivery person brings it to your door.

Where we deliver

PawanSetu is a local service. Shops deliver within their own neighbourhood and nearby areas in Agra. We do not ship to other cities or outside India. If a shop cannot reach your address, it may reject the order before accepting it, and any payment is refunded in full.

Delivery time

The shop delivers your order itself, so timing depends on the shop's working hours, how busy it is and the distance to you. You can follow each step (Placed → Ready for Pickup → Out For Delivery → Delivered) on your order page, and we notify you as it changes.

Delivery fee

A delivery fee of ₹30 applies per order, and delivery is free on orders of ₹300 or more. The exact fee is always shown at checkout before you pay. Items from different shops are delivered separately, as separate orders.

Receiving your order

• Make sure your address and phone number are correct and that someone is available to receive the order.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, keep the amount ready to pay the shop owner.
• Check the items when they arrive. If anything is damaged, wrong or missing, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy and contact support.

Delays and failed delivery

If a shop cannot deliver an order it has accepted, contact support. If the order is cancelled, you are refunded under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
