Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of PawanSetu, a website operated by PawanShakti Synthesis LLP ("we", "us"). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.

What PawanSetu is

PawanSetu is an online marketplace that connects customers with independent local shops (kirana, pharmacy, stationery and similar stores) in Agra. Each shop lists its own products, sets its own prices, and prepares and delivers orders itself. We provide the platform, payments and support. We are not the seller of the goods and we do not run a courier or delivery fleet.

Sellers

• Every shop on PawanSetu is an independent business and is responsible for its products: their quality, safety, legality, labelling, expiry dates, pricing and any warranty.
• Sellers are verified (including KYC) before selling, pay a subscription for their plan, and pay PawanSetu a commission on orders.
• Sellers must deliver what was ordered, in good condition, to the customer's address, and must not list prohibited or illegal items.

Your account

• Give accurate details, keep your password private, and tell us if you suspect misuse of your account.
• We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, or in breach of these terms.

Orders and prices

• Prices, delivery fees and taxes are shown before you pay and are confirmed by our server when the order is created.
• An online order is confirmed only after payment succeeds. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 24 hours.
• Where Cash on Delivery is offered, you pay the shop owner in cash when the order is delivered.
• A shop may reject an order it cannot fulfil before accepting it (for example, if an item is out of stock). Any payment for a rejected order is refunded in full.
• Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and delivery by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Payments

Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By paying online you also agree to Razorpay's terms. We never ask for your card number, UPI PIN or OTP over phone, email or WhatsApp.

Reviews

You can review a shop only after an order from it has been delivered. Reviews must be honest and must not be abusive, misleading or contain personal information. We may remove reviews that break these rules.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no fraudulent orders, no attempts to access other people's accounts or data, no automated scraping or attacks, and nothing unlawful.

Liability

We work to keep PawanSetu available and accurate, but the service is provided "as is". Shops are responsible for the goods they sell. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact support first so we can try to resolve any issue. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Agra, Uttar Pradesh.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use PawanSetu after a change means you accept it.
